「I have stayed at the Horse and Jockey several times now. The rooms are simple (and the beds an le comfy and cozy all we need). Tthe shared bathrooms are great. Nice and clean and have an art deco style vibe. The pub had a great menu and the vibe is good. Will continue to come back. 」

「The environment is very basic, living up to the 'Budget' in its name. It takes nearly an hour to get into the city, but public transport is convenient and the wait times are short. For this price, I can't complain—at least you have your own bathroom. Still, the whole place really reminds me of my old university dorm days. Btw, there is a Woolworths supermarket nearby.」

I noticed that the shampoo, conditioner and body soap are totally empty - nobody seems to be refilling the bottles. This has happened on three occasions now. Die Bahn ist an das lokale OPAL Nahverkehrsnetz angebunden. Das Hotel ist ruhig wenn man von im Hintergrund fahrenden Zügen absieht - mich hat es nicht groß gestört hat.
