I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and well presented, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, with a great selection and everything fresh and delicious. Overall, a lovely hotel and I would happily stay again.
Staff, kitchen reception were absolutely helpful and obliging. Nothing was a problem. Food was delicious and so fresh. Ishika was outstanding. We were delighted by her helpful and friendly service. She is such an asset to these premises.
Lovely renovated rooms in great condition. Car parking is a big plus for Sydney hotels. Easy walk down toward public transport. Staff super helpful and we were able to park our car all day while we attended the AFL.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The staff were great and very friendly, and the room was clean. However, the facilities and overall condition of the hotel are quite dated. Given the condition and facilities offered, I felt it was overpriced—it felt more like a 3-star hotel charging 4-star prices.
Staff were very helpful after being contacted the day before my booking about a possible early check-in. The room was good, but a few things that could improve: no streaming services available & small shower.
