"Breakfast was good, staff all friendly. Someone staying in the room next to us decided to smoke throughout the night setting off the smoke alarm next door multiple times from 1:30am and finally at 5am they quit setting the alarm off, so we barely got any sleep that night. I know the hotel can’t be in the know on everything but you would think they would know when a smoke alarm goes off and check into it. My daughter had to ask for a different room due to the smoke coming into her room through the vent. Bathroom was a bit dirty behind the door and found a contact on the floor. The stairway was a bit dirty too. And tried setting the thermostat, but would only go up or down 2-3 degrees, so about a range from 68-73 seemed to be all we could do, even if we set it for 75 it stopped at 73. But they set out cookies and popcorn 6-8pm to boost our spirits, so not the worst but not the best, we made it through. "

"Our room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We used this as a quick family trip stop so we didn't utilize many of the amenities offered but breakfast had a good selection for a continental, the pool was warm (though on the smaller side) A nice little courtyard behind the property to sit and eat your breakfast or enjoy the weather."

"I liked my stay at this place. I stayed six nights while in Frankfort. During the week it was relatively quiet here but on the weekend perhaps due to events that were coming to nearby towns there was rowdy groups of people like bikers that hung around that were sort of disruptive throughout the night. Also parking is very difficult if you get to your room after about 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. if you get there during the day and you stay in you have no problem finding a parking spot but if if you come later in the day you will have a lot of difficulty with parking. The breakfast was fine. Pretty typical but they kept it well stocked I'd prefer some non-pork protein options but it was all well. I didn't use the pool or anything whenever I finally thought I might I realized there was a lot of people at the hotel so I just decided I'd rather not. You definitely hear people running and stomping on the floor above if you are on the lower floor at night but the rooms are comfortable and clean, the housekeeping staff it's very nice and helpful I have no real complaints I'd stay here again if I were to come back to Frankford"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire place was spotless, and our room was incredibly clean and comfortable. A huge shoutout to the amazing staff—they were so warm, welcoming, and friendly, which made us feel right at home immediately. The breakfast selection was good, and it was a total hit with my kids. Highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with family!"
