"This was our second stay at colonies at Williamsburg enjoyable. We missed the lazy river at the pool this year and had some issues with our television in the living room that did not work throughout our stay, but the property was clean and we would likely stay again."

"Would stay again. The check in staff was friendly. Lots of restaurants around. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for a family of four. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, but not as good as some hotels. The property doesn’t have electric car charging, but there are chargers within 10 minutes."

"OMG!! This property was so amazing. It is a time share so it has all the amenities of a resort. I went for a girls trip and wished I had planned it for longer. We had a two bedroom / two bath unit with a living room, full kitchen and a sunroom. The property had an indoor and outdoor pool, basketball, tennis, volleyball and soccer field. There was also a community center area with arts and crafts and a restaurant. They even have mini golf...or putt-putt for us old heads. I am definitely coming back and bringing my family."

"All I can say is “wow” regarding this property! We stayed here for six nights on a family vacation to the Williamsburg area and this property was amazing. We ended up spending two full days just hanging out here because there was so much to do / see / explore. They had activities for our kids, decent food and drinks at the restaurant, and the two pool areas were a blast! And it was a super quick 10 min drive into town for more solid dining options. As for the rooms- they were awesome! We had a two bedroom unit and it was just excellent. There was a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one a master with soaking tub and separate shower) and a beautiful screened-in balcony. We loved the rooms! All said, this property exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend for a family vacation!"

"They were actively working in renovations, but that didn't bother us. The ice machine didn't work on the second floor. The pool was nice and location was good. However, the floors were dirty. The carpet desperately needs to be cleaned. All of our feet were filthy after walking around the carpet for a few hours."
