"We had a great experience here! My family and I absolutely loved our stay, and overall, everything was wonderful. The pool was definitely a highlight, and the kids had a great time. The only thing I would mention is that one of the pool staff members (GUY) was a little overbearing. He would frequently grab the horn and repeatedly tell the kids what they could and couldn’t do on the slide and in the pool. The other pool staff members we encountered on different days were much more relaxed and allowed the kids to enjoy themselves while still keeping everyone safe. As parents, we were right there watching our children, and they were being safe and respectful. At times, the constant announcements made it feel like the kids couldn’t just be kids and actually made me want to leave the pool. I also would hear other parents talking about this as well. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this place to other families. Hopefully, the pool staff can find a better balance between keeping everyone safe and allowing families to relax and enjoy the pool."

"The room was great. The staff was good. When we checked in we weren't given an explanation about how to log onto the Wi-Fi or any information about the pool or gym availability times. The other thing I had an issue with is that there was no ice downstairs and the dining area didn't have hot water after for tea. Overall we had a nice stay."
