"Booked a room with a queen and was given a room with double beds. Was told that no queen rooms were available then was told that they gave my room to someone else. One bed in the room had large stain on the sheets. Breakfast was very minimal and staff not the friendliest."

"The room was ok. The sheets were clean but blankets and bedspreads had old cigarettes holes. The bath towels were new. The public areas were sad and worn. I got locked out of my room in the morning and there was no one around to help me."
