「When I booked the room I requested wheelchair accessible. It was accessible with the wheelchair but the bathroom was not. The staff was helpful. But the ice machine was broken and the room had a weird smell.」

「The 2 rooms I reserved did not smell clean, we stayed 2 nights the beds weren't done, towels were changed, breakfast was minimal and you was not allowed to get ice from the ice maker to put in your cooler. And the main reason I reserved in this hotel was for the pool the was dirty. No staff other than the one at the counter, other guests complained about not having hot water in there rooms. My room bathroom looks like was falling apart and the refrigerator in the room was not working. The people...

「The staff was friendly. The grounds around the B& B are well taken care of. I would recommend it if your looking for a nice place to stay in the area..」

「Overall this place was a decent place to stay for only one night. We were in town for a wedding and this was local. The room smelled clean but there were stains everywhere and all the furniture was ripped and beaten up. Bed was not soft. We had key issues throughout the night and had to get new keys at 2AM. The benefits were that were was close parking and hot water. I hope they improve their rooms.」

「I should’ve looked closer at prior reviews. Elevator was broken, toilet rocked, there was a dirty towel outside of the shower when we checked into the room. Sink faucet did not appear to have been cleaned. The air conditioning unit was disgusting and rattled. Booked two nights and only stayed one night」

「The pool was not open. Front desk was not friendly when checking in. When we entered the room the mini fridge had leftover food inside, sheets clean and so was the tub/sink/toilet but everything else had layers of dust. Owners don’t seem to take pride in keeping a well maintained property, overflowing outside trash cans, large handprints on room mirror, dressers drawer missing bottom and other had holes in it. Put sign on door for housekeeping and left room for 9 hours to visit park and no one...

「Angie the owner was very hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. And we got off to a great start each morning with a home cooked breakfast. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Hershey/Palmyra area.」
