「Great hotel!」

「First, I reserved a room here because I was attending a concert at the Giant in Hershey.. I knew the pool was not available because of construction on the property.That was confirmed at check-in with an offer of a full refund. However, I was not aware that construction also affected available parking, which was very limited, and the ice machine on my floor was removed (because it didn't work?). However, the location is suburb for concerts at the Hollywood Casino at Penn National, Grantville PA...

「The room is clean with a kitchenette that was a plus! The beds and pillows were comfy and i actually had a good night sleep. The AC was not that cold. The bathroom didn't have a working exhaust which made it smell musty. The breakfast was a 6/10 not much selection, no pastries and i even saw molds on the bread. The pancake station was a hit with my kids. The breakfast attendant was really good with cleaning and refilling the food. They could have done better if they fix the issues i mentioned.」

「We were a late check-in as we spent the entire day at Hershey Park and just needed a place to lay our heads for the night. For the price, I was not expecting a grand hotel experience. However, upon entering the room, there was a horrible smell; it was not moldy, it was just "old" smelling. The floors in the bathroom and the main room were covered in a greasy film to the point that we were sliding. The side tables looked like they had been splashed with a sugary drink. The toilet seat was covered...

「We arrived to our room already occupied by a man laying in the bed. We are very lucky he didn't act under the assumption we were breaking into his room and attempt to defend himself. The only available room left was a single bed room, and we ordered two queens. Truly awful experience.」

「Blankets had yellow stains on them. The mattress had a maroonish stain on it. We asked for a different room due to the stains on our bedding and mattress and was told no. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no. I checked out 2hrs later and they witheld money for the whole weekend even though i left because the room was dirty and the pool was closed 2hrs early for no apparent reason. I will neverrr everrr reccommend this place and it should be listed as a motel.」
