This hotel & spa was relaxing and charming. The landscape and gardens are really well curated. The staff was really professional and helpful. I also had a great massage at the spa.

The cottages were magical. We loved relaxing on the patio and watching the birds.
Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast baskets.

I only stayed one night but I will definitely return for longer stays. The owner-manager could not have been kinder or more helpful as I was there for doctors' office visits at the Panorama Medicentre, a short walkable 1 km away. The bed and one bedroom suite were the most comfortable I have stayed in for quite sometime. The breakfast (included) was homemade eggs, bacon, toast and they even had decaf coffee for me. I love Paperbark Manor and will come again.

This is a phenomenal country house which has just a spectacular view and atmosphere. Their morning buffet was the best in all hotels i have ever had in south Africa. It was convenient to all the vineyards yet secluded enough to enjoy the peace of the country. I only wish we had stayed longer but alas could not. When I go back to stellebosch I will definitely stay here!

The estate is perfectly situated in the middle of vineyards and orchards. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our stoep which also faced a pergola with picnic table and pool. The property is beautiful, and the staff is exceptional. Since our flight didn't depart until the evening, they kindly let us stay in the room longer. The breakfast was the best we experienced in SA. We also enjoyed walking around the property and meeting the horses. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing place. The guest houses are within the actual vineyard. You feel connected to the vineyard and working farm. The staff is also amazing and friendly. Definitely try the pizza restaurant that is located on the property.

The manager Janis was great. So was the hotel. The only problem was when I gave my key to the desk to go eat breakfast the day I was checking out and I told them I was coming back to go back to my room. When I came back all my stuff that was in the room was at the desk and they said we thought you were checking out. I got no I wasn’t checking out now. I got I got everything in my room down and I had the sign do not disturb. The whole thing was kind of weird to bring all my stuff down like that...

Excellent stay! Breakfast was fantastic, cooked to order eggs, sausages, bacon, tomatos, omelettes, yogurt, fruit. Rose and Dix were SO helpful in planning excursions to Cape of Good Hope and shark cage diving. I HIGHLY recommend!

Just a wonderful stay at 10 Alexander. It's a wonderful property, with very clean and comfortable rooms. Very strong wifi in all areas. Note that the rooms are excellent especially for families, and they open into a shared kitchen area. It's wonderfully functional, just know that you should get dressed before heading to the kitchen to make coffee! The breakfasts provided are exceptional. Downtown Stellenbosch and all its restaurants are <10 min walk away. Highly recommend, especially for...
