「We found it was cheaper to rent this cottage outside of Perth as compared to booking an apartment in town. How nice is it to wake to the lovely chirping of birds, surrounded by a fully working and active vineyard. So peaceful. Sunsets and sun rises on the deck were amazing. Being greeted by the hosts 2 beautiful dogs was a treat also. Oh and of course, just minutes away from all the local wineries. 「Loved the room was so quiet for a busy road. Bed comfortable and room really clean👍. They only clean after a 3 day stay and not on weekends. Good value for money. Roughly half way between Midland and Ellenbrook so good for shopping. Has a free laundry for guests which was nice and clean also. 」

「位置很好，就在market别上，走去码头或者逛逛什么都很方便。房内设施很新，很干净。房主也特别热情，有免费wifi，还送了两杯留下bar的饮料。不足就是楼下是个bar，晚上会很吵，睡眠很轻的人谨慎预定。」

「This is definitely a 10/10 place. Could be one of best place I’ve ever stayed. The service was great. The staffs were all very friendly. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and they provided very high quality shampoo and body wash. Lastly, I love the history of this property. Highly recommend this Warders hotel. If you are visiting Perth, you should stay here rather than Perth City centre.」
