「Upon arriving, we were greeted kindly by kind gentleman of the staff who told us how they newly renovated the property over the winter and opened in May. He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower. Makeup wipes by the sink. Coffee maker on the desk. Water in the fridge and a microwave. Something they could add is a bag rack or...

「The property is only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, which is a great convenience. However, the beds are very uncomfortable and quite hard to sleep on. They are in need of an upgrade. I have been staying here for many years, and the rooms appear to be the same without any significant improvements. I hope the property considers updating the beds and making some room upgrades to improve the overall guest experience.」

「Well situated near the main areas. The bed was extremely comfortable for a good night sleep after a long day at the beach. However, it is a bit outdated. Everything worked fine but it’s definitely a classic old school motel vibe so just expect it! Overall would stay again, the staff was helpful and the place was cozy.」

「We are avid Cape visitors. For years we've been trying to find that one hotel that exceeds our expectations. And each year, we are disappointed for one reason or another. Not this year! Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean. Yes!...

「The motel is dated and clean. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. My morning coffee was excellent. The air conditioning did not keep the room cool and to be fair we did not bring the issue to the staff. The pool was sparkling clear. We stayed 4 nights and will return when we get the opportunity.」

「The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....

「We stayed for one night at the Escape Inn and thought it was great. Check in was easy, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The property was quiet and pretty. Parking was free and easy and we enjoyed a swim in the pool. We did not partake in the free breakfast so I can't comment on that but all in all we enjoyed our stay and would come again!」
