Although most rooms were occupied, the motel was quiet, peaceful and friendly. Reception and other staff were excellent. Well situated to shopping centre, and cafes, pubs.

Well maintained, very pleasant staff, stocked mini bar even though this is something I wouldn't use, even had bickies for your cuppa. Bedding very comfortable. Very quiet couldn't hear any other guest, this will be my first choice when I stay in Swan Hill again.

Staff were wonderful very helpful with our arriving later than we said. We normally have a wonderful stay here. Have come back several times. Now we did choose a cheaper room than we would normally book here and it was Boxing Day and school holidays but it was so NOISY!! A room that was near stairs and main road and so it was a thoroughfare but the walls were paper thin why do people have to stomp around so loudly. Sounded like they were moving furniture directly above. The car park was a distance from the room they should be numbered according to the room. It was a comfy bed. But the vacuuming/ cleanliness left a lot to be desired there were disgusting cut toenails on the carpet. So gross. The toilet didn’t flush well. And then the foxtel tv kept buffering every 5-10 mins through a movie cause the network/wifi wasn’t good. We will come back again stay in our normal room which is at the back. Not at Xmas. Ps we didn’t use the aircon.

A great welcome from Mick upon arrival, very friendly and full of great advice about the Town, where to eat - where to get the best coffee - what to see or do while I was there. The Room was very tidy, comfortable, and was looked clearly looked after. Comfortable bed and pillows. Next time Im back will have no problems staying again.

Small room for 3 people

Our room for 3 people was a queen and single bed. No couch or any space around beds, was cramped. The queen rooms for 2 people had a couch and more space, do 2 rooms would be needed if more since needed. Room was not made up on Saturday, as no cleaners in that day, although reception did give me fresh towels when I asked. Pool area was great on such a hot day, and air conditioners worked well, not too noisy.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Swan Hill and found it to be quite average. While the rooms were clean, I couldn't help but notice that they were also quite outdated. The decor and furnishings seemed to belong to another era and could definitely use a modern touch. In terms of things to do in the area, I found that there wasn't much to see or explore near the hotel. It may be suitable for a short stay if you have specific business in the town, but if you're looking for attractions or activities, you may be disappointed. On the positive side, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They were happy to assist with any requests I had during my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was also commendable, as there were no issues in that regard. If you are not too concerned about having modern amenities and are simply looking for a basic, clean place to stay, then the Quality Inn in Swan Hill may be suitable for you. However, if you desire more updated accommodations and a lively surrounding area, you may want to consider other options in town.

In a time where people just don't provide customer service like they could and should, we felt really welcome and the customer service was great. The manager was friendly, positive and super helpful, a great ambassador for the town and Quality Inn Swan Hill.
