Close to the hikes we wanted to do . Good choices for food in the area as well . Breakfast was great , free coffee etc.

A great stay

We stayed in room 221, a large corner room which had lovely views to two sides. Breakfast fantastic. Hotel is ideal for the Hurtigruten ship and also the Arctic Route Bus.

Good hotel with free parking lot right in front of hotel. It is enjoyable to have breakfast outside under the sun viewing the bay. The only thing not good is that the hotel doesn't have elevators—we had to carry two big luggage cases upstairs through stairs

The shower did not always have hot water. The staff told us a trick to try, but we could not improve the situation. The next staff member we spoke to offered to move us to a different room. I feel most of the staff were very helpful.

Many rooms are outside the parking lot like a motel & the area is an industrial park. We could hear people talking outside & through the air vents. The bathroom had hair & dried boogers in the shower, the bed had 2 overlapping sheets as the mattress cover, no outlets by the bed, no desk, no space for towels in the bathroom, no drinking glasses, and poor water pressure. It was so much lower quality than other Scandic hotels. A 100m away is a brand new Thon Hotel for the same cost. Wish I had known that. This Scandic should be your last resort! The staff were friendly though and the breakfast was acceptable.

All staff we talked to were friendly and professional. The hotel is along side the wharf- near warehouses and large got industry. An odd location when driving in. Easy to walk to central plaza and restaurants. A basic, no frills hotel that is clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent.

Still after 10 pm music was played very loud outside. The room was quite large, but there was no amenities such as a kettle. In addition, the floor was a bit dirty. The breakfast was varied and good.

I asked the staff if I can book a second room (there were three of us), and she seemed to not understand. I asked about the ferries, and she knew nothing of the ferries in the area. The breakfast room was too small; why not open up breakfast earlier?

Struttura nel complesso buona. Ottima la colazione, super abbondante e con molta scelta. E ottimo il servizio di reception H24. Alcune Stanze si trovano al pian terreno e fronte parcheggio: quindi se si aprono le tende non si dispone di privacy. Parcheggio a pagamento .
