"Multiple issues When we turned up, the bar staff hadn’t been given a key, they found it but then advised breakfast hadn’t been organised for the morning as the booking had been forgotten so they arranged for bits of food to be left out for us, but in the morning there was no milk, fruit juice, had to hunt around for crockery and cutlery and what was left not brilliant. "Nice hotel in the center of town. We were in the "new" section of the hotel. Decent room but on the small side (standard for European hotels). Very good breakfast and dinner included with the room rate. Staff is very good. Would likely stay again."

"We really enjoyed this stay, it was well located and the view gorgeous. When we arrived the lady at the front desk gave us a lovely room and also a nice cup of coffee. Breakfast was excellent and we got to sit in the basement that used to be the old factory but now tastefully renovated. We had dinner there as well and the staff was very attentive and professional, nice evening. Highly recommend this hotel"
