"Booked an ocean view room. Got a room at the back overlooking a road. No allocated parking. No information when checking in about wifi password (it’s on the fridge which could have been relayed at check-in). Air con didn ’t seem to cool the room. Steps from car park to lifts. No ramp for suitcases. No trolleys for assistance with multiple suitcases. No local information in the room. No phone to contact reception for queries. "

"Comfortable stay, GREAT ocean views, very relaxing. Buffet breakfast included was awesome - a lot of food to choose from. The only downfall is limited parking at the complex, we had to park up the street and over the road in a public park spot, that is also very limited."
