「Location was a little bit faraway from downtown.」

「没有泳池」

「I booked one king size bed private hot spring room in Expedia, but the hotel system shows double beds private hot spring room when I arrived. The front desk took 10 min to get me the right one. However, when I entered the room, it was totally uncleaned. Looked like someone just left the room without cleaning. Used towel in the bath, used towel on the floor, and the hot spring is still filled with hot water...... I had to called the front desk and ask them get me a room again..... Totally ruined...

「The entire place was quite lovely and close to I think the Largest Lake in China. I would have liked to sped a few more days and explore.」

「住了一晚、整體感覺很舒服」

「Loved my stay! Location is great and offers easy access walking to the canals and gardens. “Jack” and his wife were so amazing and a highlight of the visit. I highly recommend a stay overnight in Tongli to experience the market, canals, gardens and locals in the morning before all the tours arrive and in the evening after they’ve all left for the day.」

「環境平靜，放鬆一流，價錢合理，如有接駁巴士來往地鐵站就更好。如價錢有限這酒店是一個唔錯嘅選擇，值得推介！」

「If management is reading this, please this place is in dire need of a rehab. The front desk is a mess. It should be organized. I was checked into a room, where the mirror looked like someone had smashed it. I came back down stairs immediately. None of the outlets worked as I also try to plug the tea kettle into a few outlets before I saw the smashed mirror. Came back down stairs to be given another room. I asked if housekeeping could come with me to make sure the outlets worked. It did and...
