Hotel is walking distance from the station. some staff were nice but other staff were just playing on their phones and for a 4-5 star hotel, it doesn’t feel welcoming. gym was great except for some people (visitor) inside the gym screaming which ruined the experience. The bathroom amenities were okay but they have toothbrushes without toothpaste which was abit weird. not really fond of the open glass toilets where people can see everything you do and the wooden sliding doors to enter the toilets.

staff needs professional training - esp., luggage helpers. first impression from a long trip to hotel, traveler often times needs luggage helper but when I arrive and leave, none volunteers with pleasure even if being asked. I had to wait for a while and got an impression that they are doing unnecessary work.

Modern hotel, nice fitness center, great buffet restaurant, and very helpful staff. It's also connected to the amazing AK Plaza shopping mecca and metro station. Must be the best option in Suwon!

Disppointing !!
Was unable to fly to Korea on the 1st day of my trip due to problems with Flight. So missed 1 night stay through no fault of my own. Was not giev 1 night refund. When i did arrive breakfast was not serviced and they were very un helped. QR code does not work to give breakfast menu, why not have it printed in the room is that to difficult. Hotel OK, but rooms very over prices and NO BATH!! Also Lift very un user friendly

It is so convenient for limousine bus from the airport and so easy to link the Suwon station and AK and Lotte department store to dine and shop. Overall accessibility is so great. We really enjoy to stay. Thanks

조용하고 깨끗한 호텔
교통이 편한 곳이긴 하지만 매번 차를 가지고 나갔다 올 때마다 주차 등록을 해야 하는 건 좀 번거로웠습니다. 방은 방음이 잘 되어서 교통량이 많은 곳 바로 옆인데도 매우 조용했고 청결도도 매우 좋았습니다. 강화된 코로나 방역도 좋았고. 단지 주말에 2층 결혼식장 손님으로 번잡한 것은 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

Hotel is nice but overprice
In fact this is mine 3rd staying this hotel. I had always like this hotel other than the price is always on the higher side. Hotel is clean and comfortable as usual. But I'm surpise that the sanua is no longer included in the hotel. For the price pay, breakfast is already excluded I can understand but to exclude the sanua now think is really over price.

Relatively good location - clean hotel
Overall a very nice hotel. The breakfast is overpriced for what it is. Additionally there is a red light district across the street which is not what I was looking for when I booked the hotel. Overall it was very nice for the price.

Easy access Suwon
Easy access hotel right by KTX train station and airport bus. Excellent buffet for dinner, lunch and breakfast. 20% off for hotel guests - well worth it. Western comfort style rooms and amenities.

Disappointed
They didnt turn on the air conditioning to the room until the front desk was called at 2am. The desk explained that the hotel would turn on the air con in a few minutes to the room, and at 5am the room reached 19c. It is frustrating not having full control of the air con and the room stayed 26c most of the night.
