시설 등 전반적인 면은 우수하나, 방음이 잘 되지 않아 옆방에서 밤 늦게까지 떠드는 경우 수면에 심한 방해를 받았습니다. 가평점도 방음 문제가 심각했는데 용인점도 그렇네요.

깨끗하고 가성비 좋은 숙소

저렴한 숙박비용으로 편안하게 지내다 왔어요~ 특히 어린아이들 동반 여행이라면 더욱 알찬 여행이 될 것입니다. 체험할 수 있는 프로그램이 많네요^^ 민속촌이나 에버랜드 방문후 쉬다 가기 좋은 장소에 위치하고 있어요!

그냥 정말 잠만 자는 곳이었어요. 한화리조트라는 이름에서 오는 부대시설은 없는거나 마찬거지고, 그나마 있는 사우나는 운영 시간도 적고, 하수구 냄새가 너무 심했습니다.

전반적인 객실상태 양호하나 방음 전혀안됨

가족들끼리 한 여행이였습니다 숙소의 위생상태는 대체적으로 만족했지만 저녁에 방음이 너무 안되서 잠잘때 고생했습니다. 아이들 복도에서 뛰어다니는 소리 윗층에서 발구르는 소리 진짜 너무 하더라구요.평소 어느정도의 소음에 민감하지 않으신분들도 불편함을 느끼실 정도 입니다.
