I used this property as my base in Birmingham while I was attending an event at the NEC. It was so conveniently located the owners were so friendly and helpful that I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lodging, should I have another event in Birmingham? The property has been recently updated. I really like the modern bathroom facilities.

Everything is as described and Mary, the owner is super friendly and always available if you have any questions. Knowle is a relatively large historic village with an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants for its size.

The person running the place is wholesome.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Without a doubt, this is the best place my wife and I have stayed so far. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was absolutely first class. We were made to feel genuinely welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. You can tell a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining the property....

We were not there long but the place was really nice and the staff excellent. Recommend for anyone.

Very friendly staff breakfast was yummy. Would recommend the hotel to family & fry!

The bathrooms and kitchen were meticulously clean and organized. The kitchen had and oven, stove, microwave, coffee makers and every utensil, pot, pan, or sheet I’d need to cook. The only down side is there’s no plates, bowls to put my food in. I had to eat the food out of the pans I cooked them in. And the can opener doesn’t work. But those are...
