"If you’re traveling with young children, please be aware that this hotel poses serious safety risks, particularly around the swimming pool. While the property is beautiful and the staff are friendly and polite, our stay nearly ended in tragedy due to a lack of safety measures and proper pool maintenance. ..."

"This is a super awesome hotel ! Love everything here , definitely wanna come back again and again ! Fantastic service, food, room , clean & big pools, beach , SPA ( strongly recommend therapist Hinny , the best ❤️) Our first time in Bali , Hyatt regency make us have a great memories here!"
