「Room got cigarette smell and sink got hair. Room not properly cleaned. Bed a bit too soft. Lobby toilet new but room older one」

「Excellent hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the overall service and the convenient location, close to bus stop and train station. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!」
