"The location of this property is unbeatable. It’s hard to find because it’s within the walls of old town. The owner is a wonderful young man who is very helpful and will be there whenever you need him. This particular time, the parking situation was not good. We had to park at a gas station three blocks away, which for us, caused us a little stress. The owner said no problem, and he was right. He even helped us take our luggage to and from his property. Also, the Wi-Fi was out most of the time...

"Loved it! Perfect location inside old town walls (close to the North gate). Very nice and responsive host. Modern, comfortable and clean apartment. Be prepared to walk up a few stairs, as would be normal in the old town. Host indicated to us where we could find parking close by, which was super helpful. We had a great time! Highly recommended!"

"Excellent nice, a bit small, but modern and clean apartment. It is a quiet place in the mountains. Would be nice though to have softer mattresses, power sockets and night light fixtures at the night stands by the bed. Unfortunately, AC is available only in the living room, which left other rooms quite hot during the sunny days. While property has on-site secured gated parking, it should have a blind spot mirrors. Absence of which already have cased a damage to our rental car."

One of the best hotels I've never stayed at

"Very impressed with this hotel, room and bathroom were a good size, we did not have a balcony room but still got a view overlooking the marina. The restaurant was very good and all staff were very helpful and friendly ensureing that we had the best possible stay. There is parking under and outside the hotel and the staff will help out if there are no free spaces although we managed to find a space each day"

"Wonderful staff and facilities. We had a great time at this hotel. The beach is beautiful. The food was good and the staff were all very friendly. It is on quite a steep slope but we didn’t mind that at all. The water is crystal clear and there’s a ferry boat to take you across the bay to herceg novi. "

"Loved this hotel! A boutique hotel in the heart of the Kotor old town. The facilities were 10/10 and the staff were helpful whenever we had a question. The room and the bathroom were spacious with all the amenities we could need. The breakfast every morning was great and the restaurant on the roof had and incredible view and even better food."

"The property is in an unbeatable location right in the heart of Old Town—surrounded by charm, history, and everything within walking distance. What truly made my stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. Every question I had or request I made was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. When I return to Kotor, there’s no question—I’ll be staying at Kotor Nest again! Highly recommend."
