「Everything super clean and very comfortable and convenient we see multiple people cleaning everything around the property that was already clean. Bed and shower was really clean and comfortable lot of options to eat like Dennys next door, Has a super nice and clean pool for kids. All that for affordable price definitely this hotel is going to be in our top one in Orange County.」

「The location and cleanliness of the hotel was good. Staff was horrible. Loud music playing from front desk at night, half of the staff rude and lacking any sense of friendliness, our hospitality. One of the staff overcharged my card $300, and instead of helping with the resolution, proceeded to laugh and advise there’s nothing they can do. 」

「Nice location but 5.5 miles from Huntington Pier in Seal Beach. Loud talking in the alley behind until early morning hours. Not hotels fault just people walking around. Bring earplugs. Steps to the beach makes it a good choice. Staff is very nice.」

「I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. 「This is a very nice and new hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Ask for the garden or Terrace view unless you enjoy listening to traffic off the 405. Staff could be a little more pleasant when it comes to kicking people out of the breakfast area. However, the breakfast itself is delicious! This was a great place for my mother and I to stay for a quick getaway.」
