"I stayed with my elderly parents at the crown Hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the rooms were clean however unfortunately when leaving there was an attempt to charge me a payment that wasn’t due. I query this as a mistake had obviously been made and I was met with a sullen response from the receptionist who was borderline directly rude. I will never stay at this hotel again. I would not recommend it."

"This room was so much better than we expected from a bar hotel. The room was spotless, recently upgraded and modernized, and had tons of choices for coffee and tea. The staff was very nice and friendly. Parking was easy and very close to the door. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"I wondered beforehand in view of the modest price, but they have achieved that by reducing personnel rather than quality. The whole place is automated, they send a code so you let yourself in, breakfast is modest but adequate (and there is a 'Spoons just up the street if you fancy more!). Short walk from the station, warm & comfortable, would go again if ever in Boston. I needed to leave some luggage at check out for collection later in the day, that worked perfectly, by prior arrangement, and that was the only time I ever met a member of staff."
