「A little dated.」

「I booked on Expedia 11 months in advance and requested a joining rooms with the other room I booked. Called the property at the time also and then called the property a week in advance confirming. One room was booked with a joining rooms capabilities but the other on a different floor. They were able to move us to the same floor but still not the same. Clearly with a little planning we could have been accommodated since the people on the other side of the a joining room didn’t request it.」

「It is a budget motel, and to that end it's a good choice. But, the property is in serious need of a deep cleaning, and an updating. It's unfortunate that "budget" has to equate to dirty carpets, out dated linens, and minimal services. Managed correctly, you can have a quality service/product at a reasonable price...」

「Never ever take this hotel.....it's the most disgusting hotel that we ever stay before!! I even got itching after sat on the couch! By the way, we'ad booked for 4 nights for 2 rooms , but the front desk sent us an invoice and asked us to check-out (paid everything upfront)on the 4th morning; although we're more than happy to leave it, but who is going to return me the difference?」

「Bad odor. Old and some broken furniture. Bad area. Checked five days early and went to a much nicer place.」

「Hot tub and pool closed and wasn’t notified. Building needs work outside. Parking lot needs striped. Smoking area should not be so close to entrance.」

「We were in the building with one other guest! It was quiet and very comfortable! The breakfast meal was superb! The young woman that prepared the food was an artist! I have never had an omelet so light and tasteful! The Rose Room had a private balcony, that allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the weather! I definitely will stay there again!」

「We didn’t partake in adult beverages there at the HPI so can't really comment on that. But everything else was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay!!」

「The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He moved a fily with a barking dog to a different part of the hotel. He also, when we had trouble with the remote for the TV came and helped us manage finding TV stations.」
