Our sincere condolences on your loss Catherine. We are contactable 7 days a week between the hours of 9am and 5pm. It is rather disappointing and unfortunate that you were able to review our property in this way when you didn't actually stay with us. The booking terms and conditions are clearly stated, therefore upon cancellation within 14 days of your planned arrival it is not always possible to 'credit' our guests when the room can not be re-booked. Especially if the cancellation is requested within 48 hours of arrival. We communicated by email and by phone and offered to accommodate your request by transferring your booking to a later time within the same month, which you rejected. We are disappointed to hear that you could not be assisted by your online travel agent on this occasion. We apologize if your expectations were not met and recommend that you always book directly with the property of choice in future.
