I booked 2 apartments for my friends and I for a weekend getaway. The location was absolutely perfect - right near the beach and within easy walking distance to the main part of town. The apartments were great, the balcony overlooking the river was really nice and the rooftop terrace and BBQ was absolutely great when we had breakfast one morning. The hotel owners were really friendly and nice as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful setting.

Our family stayed here for two nights and completely enjoyed our stay. Very nice setting in Mooloolaba close to everything especially the beach. Very clean and nice rooms. Thank you spinnaker quays very happy!

Booked via Wotif then received an EMAIL from property manager to tell me I can't have the room because owners were wanting to use it at the same time.

Bit confused I booked Spinnaker Quays but when arrived was sent 4 apartments down to a different one , was prety sure I had clicked on the 4 bedroom apt but we only had 3 bedrooms. Forgot to take my paperwork so didn't question the loss of one bedroom , have just ckecked and realized I was conned both ways.. It says airconditioned but only the bedrooms had A/C , when the western facing lounge should have had it. Wasn't Spinnaker Quays like it shows on the internet

Near Underwater World and Mooloolaba Surf Club. Nearby nightclub music base can be heard until 3am Sunday morning.

Well positioned on the spit, close to centre.

Well received by staff. Beaches and marina close by. All amenities within the unit. Enjoyable stay in the heart of Mooloolaba.

Perfect for families. Was like home away from home. Apartments had all amenities, didnt need to lug around extras. Manager was very friendly. Only downside was shower in ensuite didnt work properly but because there was the main bathroom we were able to still shower
