Great location for a family holiday, kids loved the pool and it was a very short walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, and excellent value on school holidays. Thanks Louise and John for being so welcoming, we hope to stay again.

Definitely is a great location with simi good views, depends which appartment you are in. Very spacious, appartment was fully equipped. We had the top appartment with roof access, be nice if there was a bbq up there. Pretty empty with nothing to look at. Make for a nice dining food entertainment outdoors. Only thing that let us down the floor hadn't been swept. There was sand all throughout the apartment, bits of hair in the hall way. Appartment did come with vacuum and broom so we had to clean the floor. Other then that great stay, lovely owners.

The property is really close to the beach and easy to get to re parking. Cafes were close distance so easy to walk to. Although I didn't use it the pool looked very inviting. New TV and Free wifi were of great quality. On site staff were extremely friendly

This was a nice place & close to Kings Beach. A few things didn't work however which was frustrating - the dryer, TV remote, dining room light & the washing machine only worked on hot water.

Management were so welcoming, offering to help us with our luggage. There was a beautiful note on the fridge that said that they were free to talk if you just needed to talk to someone. In today's day and age, it's nice to know someone is there

Close to the beach. 3 bedrooms. BUT.... misleading... I booked a 3 bedroom appartment with Ocean view. There is no ocean view from the appartment itself (well, if you go on the balcony, bend on the right you can spot the sea...), from the terrasse upstair, same, you need to bend over the rail to spot the ocean... This should not be advertised with "Ocean view", not even "partial view". Misleading misleading misleading... I booked it BECAUSE of the "ocean view", I could I had a cheaper appartment with no view. On top of it, loud bathrooms, can't stop the fan... taps were dripping. Staffs were welcoming, but owner must fix the appartment and advertisement shold be reviewed as well as the price.

Not what we saw online, disappointing.

Disappointing, room was not what we saw online. Managers unit, toilet ran all night. Doors wouldn’t close. Not very clean. Rusty shower head, dust all over blinds, cracked light switch. They knew the toilet was continually running when I mentioned it on leaving, yet we still got that appartment instead of one of the other vacant appartments. Had beds and dishwasher stacked outside. Felt like they just didn’t care.

Want a relaxing stay

Had a great overnight stay, couldn't ask for kinder managers, went above and beyond. The unit had more in it than you see in other apartments we have been too, games and videos etc. We had a lovely family time and the grand kids went swimming, walking on the beach and the restaurants are handy. Comfy beds.Can't speak highly enough.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit Seitenblick zum Meer. Pool beheizt, Sauna vorhanden (haben wir nicht genutzt).Der Kingsbeach ist ca 200 m entfernt Baden und mit den Wellen spielen, (Wellen sind schon kräftig,- aber macht riesig Spaß). Man kann am Strand und Küste ca 10 km spazieren gehen auf wegen (hoch und runter) sehr schöner Weg. Also Unterkunft zentral gelegen mit vielen Möglichkeiten in einen Familienbadeort zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft gerne weiter!
