Excellent location and lovely views over the beach and ocean. One evening we had a party going on above us and that was very noisy, the rest of our stay was quiet. We would stay there again it was very nice

This is a great place to stay. Wonderful manager, la comfortable apartment with everything we needed and a beautiful ocean view, lovely pools, and just a short stroll to the beach. The perfect place for my 5 day getaway with my daughter!

Comfy and convenient

The unit was very comfortable and located directly across the street from Happy Valley Beach. Shops and places to eat very close and the boardwalk and park area along the foreshore was terrific in the afternoons.

We rented 4 units. All had well-appointed kitchens, the view and number of chairs in the unit we stayed in was wonderful. We didn't like the noise of the buses and the separation between the 2 unit blocks was ok as we had fine weather but would be a problem in rainy weather. We had a very enjoyable time and would stay there again.

Unfortunately we had a good view of the roof next door, should have been advertised as partial ocean view. Unit was clean and tiidy. Double glazing on the windows would help with the noise from the road. Would rate it 3 stars.

Can not fault the location of where Joanne Apartments are. However the apartment itself left a lot to be desired. No blinds in kitchen and lounge room so felt exposed in apartment. There was a urine smell in the main bedroom which meant no one could sleep in there. We left early as we felt uncomfortable.

Awesome stay with an incredible view. The view from the kitchen and living room/balcony was stunning. The only downside was parking in the garage under the building. With a full size SUV it was a really tight fit but there was lots of free parking on the street. The managers were very helpful with directing us to the free parking spots and there was always some available.
