Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry there were some aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. It is surprising to hear that you did not enjoy some of the design features, we receive so much positive feedback about the Hotels unique design and luxury feel. Our pool bar is open daily with food and drinks available via a QR code which is very common practice and allows our guests to seamlessly order from the comfort of the pool sun lounges. Hi Amy,Thank you for your feedback. In line with current environmental building requirements the in room air conditioning does turn off after 30 minutes of no movement inside the room. The centrally ducted system allows for quick cooling throughout the entire room once activated on your return. I am sorry our pool areas did not meet your needs, many of our guests comment on the beautiful design and luxury of having two areas to enjoy during their stay. Our kitchens are equipped with baking trays, a large pan and saucepan along with a wide range of utensils and baking dishes. Please remember our friendly team are always available to assist with any additional requests and I was pleased we were available to vacuum your room and provide additional amenities when you requested them.
