We had a wonderful stay overall. The service was outstanding — staff went above and beyond at every turn. The room was great and the location couldn’t be beat, putting us close to everything we wanted to see and do.
The one thing holding this back from a full 5 stars was the cleanliness of the room. It wasn’t up to the standard I’d expect given how well everything else was run. A bit more attention to housekeeping and this would easily be a perfect stay.
Would still recommend to others and would consider staying again.

"Had extremely bad stay due to a shower issues. Broken shower head, drain issues, shower were flooded throughout our stay and staff won’t offer different room or send apologies. Worst part was even with do not disturb light on, staff will still come in without cleaning, charge towers or empty trash ..."
