「The room experience is 10/10. The steak house is mid. I would rather eat elsewhere for the steak price and ensure it’s an evenly cooked steak. The cafe is mid as well. The pink cake is blah. You’re paying for the novelty of the decor and atmosphere. The architecture of the rooms and decor is honestly what drew us here. Amenities are good as well. Take advantage of them. The rooms are worth the experience at least once. 」

He seems to truly care about each and every guest through his door, a rarity in this day and age. Guests aren't just a number here and that proved he has great customer service here.
