"Great stay. If you don't go with valet parking, be prepared to walk a bit carrying stuff if you use the cheaper public parking (only $40 for 2 nights versus the quoted $50/day on the hotel site). It was tricky to know how to get into the building after parking as most of the doors were locked. We were walking around that building with other hotel people trying to find a way in. Some explanation about public parking when booking would have been very helpful!"

"Everything was great! Just a couple minor issues. Door handle on shower door was loose and there was a stain on the floor between the bed and table. It looked as if no one mopped the floor previously. But those are minor issues. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful! "

"I absolutely loved my room. The decor was beautiful and modern and the mattress was very firm and comfortable. The check-in was smooth (yet busy). The restaurant service was a bit inexperienced but I had nice drinks and good food. I would absolutely stay here again. Great downtown hotel. "

"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times in the last 6 months. The staff was professional and attentive. The hotel is clean and well kept. The connected restaurant has good service and food. I rated hotel surroundings lower as there isn't really any other entertainment near the hotel. I don't mind that with the University not far away. "

"I was in town for less than 24 hours, and in both the hotel and my room for what was, in all likelihood, just about the bare minimum of time. Still, I found the room spacious, the bed comfortable, and the water pressure respectable. My lone complaint is that it took some work to get the TV to display broadcast channels. The front desk was no help in that regard, suggesting that I simply do without, which I found unacceptable. This could have been prevented if they instruct caretakers to ensure the TV is on the correct HDMI input during the room clean. Overall, the price was right, it was directly adjacent to my venue (Pantages Theatre), and within easy walking distance to great bars and restaurants, for which they had flyers provided, and which for which I was very grateful."
