「We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. But what happened next left me completely baffled. This hotel actually used handwritten check-in forms instead of a self-service computer system. 「Went there due to a business trip but so enjoyed staying there! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the hotel is beautiful and clean, the food is delicious, and the amenities are great. So plan on going back and bring my family to enjoy the hotel AND the park!」
