「Check out was not told our room was one of the rooms without hot water. When we told the front desk they were aware that there was no hot water. Just didn’t tell us. Check out and asked why we weren’t told they had no answer other then they knew we had no hot water.」

「Amazing stay ...From the moment of checking in to the breakfast JUST loved it...The owner went to a local farmers market and brought back some fresh corn and I loved that he shared..And The dogs oh how loved their moring greetings...」

「The property overall was up to the high standards that was advertised. The rooms were bright, up-to-date and clean. The gym is a nice sized space and had sufficient equipment to workout with. The staff at the Banyan Tree Cafe was friendly and went out of their way to provide a service to me. I would visit Bossier City and stay at Margaritaville again.」

「Our bathroom the sink drained very slow and the toilet you had to continuously hold the handle down in order for it to flush, this made the experience not the great. It would have help if when we told the person at the front desk to offer to comp some of the room considering this was something major for us.」

「When my flight was cancelled after multiple delays all day long, I booked a room at the Shreveport Marriott. The shuttle driver was so very courteous and kind!! He inquired if I was hungry as the cafe in the hotel had closed for the day and Mr Johnny was concerned I might be hungry after a long day of waiting around the airport. I assured him I was fine, and he efficiently got me to the front door to check in. The desk attendant was equally kind and courteous, and I was checked in with no...
