「It was good they were doing renovations so a little stuff out of place and we had a small leak above one of the beds」

「Stages several nights the sheets are never changed I've rented the same room checked out and checked back in and the sheets are not changed I found bed bugs in the room last night it just seems to get worse every time the cleaning stuff is not clean whatsoever」

「This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets.」

「Room was clean and comfortable but water was turned off around midnight without warning due to renovation work but not back on until around 9:00am. Staff said it was the city doing work but it appeared to be due to renovation work onsite.」

「It was really great except the a/c was not working in the lobby areas and the elevator was broken so we had to use stairs to our 2nd floor room. Breakfasts were great! Perfect variety each morning. Staff extremely nice and friendly.」

「We arrived at 1 pm and was told we couldnt check in until 2 even though our room was ready, however if i would pay the guy at the desk $45 i could check in then! Everything was so dirty including the pool woth food floating in it, I have pucs of the pool of u want to see them! Breakfast was horrible, nothing replaces when emptied seemed like the staff ate more then anyone! It was a horrible experience!」

K3's hospitality was amazing and she deserves a big raise for how well she treats visitors and attending to every need while visiting. We definitely will stay here again next year when we return for a visit.」

「The staff was nice & helpful in every way. When we checked on the entire 10th floor smelled disgusting and the toilet was non functional and dirty upon check in. Called front desk told them I will leave for a couple hours to get food and hopefully it will be fixed when we got back to determine if we would stay or not. Upon returning everything was fixed and fine. Food wasn't anything but tasteless ordered room service twice once for breakfast and once for half lunch half dinner. No seasoning and...
