「It is clean ,and special style,but noisy even it was 11:30pm,people there keeping screaming ,laughing and yelling.we stayed two nights with my two children.not recommended」

「We love the atmosphere at Hotel Zaza! Beautiful room, love our balcony overlooking the pool, best valet staff in Dallas, great bar area, good food at their restaurants. Everything is perfect at Hotel Zaza! We have stayed there at least 5 times and we will be back!」

「Excellent location, wonderful city view from my room, very close to the American Airlines Center and other attractions, like the Sixth Floor Museum. I walked everywhere. Lovely, comfortable and spacious room with everything you need. 」

「The staff is wonderful. Very attentive to any needs and very quick to respond. I was communicating about schedules and check out times while we were in Dallas for my wife’s survey. That night they came to my door with a bouquet of flowers and some fruits, nuts and cheese for us. What great customer service. We were minutes away from UT Southwest. Very convenient to the medical district. I would recommend this place to everyone. 」
