"Where do you start. Checked in, no problem, decent room, etc. Come in from work, Day 2. Bed not made, floor not swept, no clean towels. I took dirty towels to front desk, exchanged for clean ones. Day 3, came in from work, bed was not made, floor had not been swept, but did get clean towels. I stripped sheets off bed, took them downstairs to front desk. Just ses like the houskeeping staff was a little lax."

"Breakfast was called Continental so it did not include hot dishes but there was the waffle maker and the usual assortment of cereals muffins and yogurt. Nicely displayed and clean area. Small but functional dining area"

"Staff was friendly as we checked in and they even allowed me to pay a smaller deposit since I wasn't informed of it prior to checking in. All washcloths and towels were horribly stained. They should have enough in their budget to get new ones at this point. I almost ran out of there when I saw the bed linens. They had old stains on them and some kind of pink substance on them. Thankfully Walmart is at the next light so I was able to go get everything we needed so that we didn't touch anything in the bathroom or on the bed. Floors need to be deep cleaned. Had spills everywhere. With a little facelift, this could be a decent hotel. "

"The staff at night were exceptionally helpful to me and my children! There weren’t any issues in getting me and my children some plates and napkins, even brought towels to the pool for us. I don’t remember the guy’s name from the desk, but I remember him having dreads and always smiling to may walking in."
