"房間隔音非常的差，不只能聽到走廊上的所有對話，連隔壁房的聲音也能聽得到。隔壁沖馬桶的聲音大到我們以為是我們房間的廁所馬桶聲音。 房間裏放了很多酒、水、還有很多我們不需要的東西（不是只有在冰箱及Mini bar），扇子、帽子、衣服等等，每樣東西都有明碼標價（標價當然很好，讓住客知道這需要另外付費）但這些商品佔據了房間內的空間，也讓人住起來很無法放鬆。"

"Our stay here was pleasant overall. The free breakfast is nice with a great variety. There’s only a minor issue with the room service. We asked for one but came back late at night and found the housemaid never came. Thankfully, the front desk was able to accommodate that after we called."

The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
