"Location, Location, Location...we were in town for an event at the TD Colliseum...easy parking, walking distance to event...lots of dining choices near by...truely the heart of downtown...."
"Nice hotel, enjoyed our stay, but we were unaware that we had to pay with credit and almost had to search for somewhere else to go. Luckily the manager worked it out for us and we paid debit as we had planned. But it was upsetting and should have been something we were made aware of at booking."
"Our room was clean, quiet and convenient to amenities. The shower could have been a little hotter and the fridge a little more quiet at night. Since we were on the ground level there was no privacy since cars were parked right in front of our window, so we had to keep the blinds drawn at all times, making the room really dark. We’d ask for a higher floor next time. The bed and couch were comfortable but there was nowhere to sit and eat a meal, given it had a kitchenette for long-term stays. Breakfast was fine and had variety. The signage for the entrance to the hotel should be clearer and bigger to be seen from Upper James. "
"Absolutely a great hotel and feels just like home! The room was clean and had everything and more, definitely would visit again. The only ‘let down’ was the breakfast. It has a great variety, but me being a big breakfast guy, I was a tad disappointed having egg patty’s every day. One would thing scrambled eggs or an omelette would be an option, but unfortunately not. However, besides my pickiness with breakfast this hotel is a 10/10 and would come back without hesitation "
"The hotel is modern and new. Staff are excellent. There is however lots of construction dust from the basement carpark present in the ground floor. Probably needs a see clean."
