"We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Edison in NYC.The location adjacent to Times Square was efficient for shopping, and nice restaurants were nearby. The rooms were larger than standard, clean, and the bath with shower was comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. Yes, we would stay there again!"

"Broken metal steps swinging in pool, 1 fell off (screw came off as my sons was climbing out) owners are liars, witnesses in pool at 935 when guy came to close at 10 i reported to him. Next morning they were letting kids swim in pool. Fully neglected to make sure something was done... lied about a convenience store, saying it was 5 miles /30 mins away.... it was 1.8 and asked him at desk, he forgot that one...as they want you to spend all your money there. Fruit Flys in ALL the liquor bottles as well. Breakfast had absolutely no flavor except the waffle...they watch you eat basically push you out after you wait 1 hour in line for a waffle...safe was detatched like someone ran off with it.... no bath fan couldn't see with the fog, outlets were falling out the walls and chargers would fall out as well. Actually I had some painter tape which helped as I'm a contractor as well"

"Stay itself was fine, staff not so great. My son had a bag of clothes in our room and housekeeping took it. My son has done everything he is supposed to do (contacting them, etc.) with no response. He wants his clothes back and if they are not going to give them back, then he should be compensated for them. I also tried to contact the hotel and no luck. I will dispute this on my credit card, as I don't see any other options."

"Ac unit very noisy even when turned off?!!!!"

"Room was clean and comfortable but no coffee was provided. Hotel includes a “destination fee” but you get $15 to spend in the very overpriced market. Stay was very quiet during the week but was a little bit rowdier on weekend - would recommend asking for a room away from elevators. Area in front of hotel is a little sketch/gross due to the vacant storefront next door attracting homeless and had an overall urine smell. Location was otherwise great."
