「We found this hotel on our way from Florida to New York. It was a very good and clean hotel. In particular, the beautiful lady at the front desk helped us very enthusiastically. Thank you very much!」

After a half an hour and last midnight, it was not resolved, so they let us use another room. Room was dumpy, hard mattress and sheets smelled. I would chose the other hotels in area instead of this one next time.」

I brought the issue to your attention but you denied the room having any bugs. I return to the main office the next day and also told the manager. He mentioned that he sent someone to inspect the room and that they found nothing. I recorded a bed bug in my luggage. There were spider webs. It was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Roaches in the refrigerator. I killed...
