「Staff was great, location is very convenient to Subway and shopping. My only complaint was the elevators weren’t working the first day were there. The staff had to operate manually and it took very long to get up to the 36th floor. Would stay again as long as the elevators are working. 」

「 Excellent stay in a prime location
Stayed at The New York EDITION and had a great experience. The hotel is stylish, calm, and very well maintained. The room was quiet and comfortable, with excellent bedding — perfect for resting after busy days in New York.
Location is ideal, close to Fifth Avenue and Madison Square Park, making it easy to get around Manhattan. Staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay.
Would definitely stay here again.」
