「Nice stay, just a strong odor in room upon arrival」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「The staff are very responsive to our needs. After we un-packed and sat down to watch TV, the TV didn't work. A service worker came right away and determined the problem was with the TV itself.
