Perfect hotel, staff were so friendly and lovely. Bed was super comfy, the room was spotless and cosy. It felt like you were in someone’s house in the best way. Breakfast was amazing

The thai menu was perfect. However the british menu was lacking a real english breakfast. however they assured me this would be fixed in future and everything else including the free noodles nearly made up for this.

so, a big part of this is my own fault, but they do advertise a 24 hour convenience desk, which is not true. I came in at one in the morning because the bus dropped me off, I had to walk 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the station, and when I got there, nobody was at the helpdesk. There were ...
