Staff very friendly but compared to other hotels we've been in Japan, they weren't fluent in English that we had to communicate using a translator. The room was small but it had a window with very nice sunlight. We reallly enjoyed their public bath and the pjs they provided were of the best quality. Overall very satisfied that we'd stay there again!!!"
