"The hotel rooms look nothing like the pictures. We entered our room and were extremely disappointed. Exposed wall outlets, coffee rings on the tables, no couch, only some wonky chairs, and a leaky bathroom tub. We had brought our bathing suits but didn’t even try the pool with how our room was. Probably won’t stay here again. The only positive was the friendly and nice staff. "

"Room was clean everything was OK but it seems every time we stay at this hotel we’re re always shorted towels and face cloths, small issue I know but an issue all the time nevertheless."

"Fire alarms rang off and on for three hours from 9 to midnight. Talked to front office and found out that “they’ve been having issues with the fire system.” Excellent. Perhaps that should have been explained on check-in as people where out of their rooms off and on for those hours with NO guidance from management. No refunds, no apologies, no explanation. But the room was clean 👍"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were okay, hot tub was lukewarm. Location was good as was the on site breakfast option."
