We had a jacuzzi tub and when sitting in the tub, you can see splatters of things on the wall that would have been hard for the cleaner to see. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible. There were children running up and down the hall screaming at 11pm at night. Although this is not the hotels fault, it did impact our experience. For the price, I did expect more. "
