「Traveling solo as a woman, I am usually particular in which hotels I choose. This one was in a fairly decent location and photos seemed like the hotel was well kept. The hotel could definitely use some upgrades, the furniture, walls and bathroom was very noticeably run down. Air conditioner barely worked.. Parking was included, but at night thr back parking lot is pretty sketchy with some people hanging around the area. Pool was well kept, no issues」

「The pool was closed the day we went, and it would have been nice to know when we checked in, as we were looking forward to some down time. The kitchen staff were helpful, although visibly overwhelmed with the amount of people, but they did help me navigate through my dietary restrictions. Hotel itself was a bit dated compared to other Homewood Suites we have stayed in.」

「Disappointed, that the reservation date was not changed, even though I called twice to update arrival day. It was confirmed over the phone, but upon arrival, they had no record. The staff was kind enough to cancel the original dated and book us in for our actual arrival date. The room was nice, however the air conditioning did not work, and very few channels available on the TV.」

「Good clean rooms, nice lobby with an elevator that really requires both deep cleaning and repairs. The location of this hotel, which didn't seem to have any signage, is somewhat dismal with people living rough hostal close by. Difficult to find even with GPS. Nevertheless, we had no problem and the staff were keen to assist.」

「This property is currently under construction because the exterior is being painted. The scaffolding, plywood and construction plastic sheets made the property a little scary to approach at night when I checked in. The staff at the registration desk was friendly. The room was very clean, the sink and toilet worked very well. The room didn't have great air circulation, so it smelled like a combination of old cigarettes, dampness and paint. Also, the train went by the hotel twice while blowing...
