We booked two rooms for us and two mature children for one night. Overall the stay was very good. The parking was very tricky as we had a station wagon, extremely difficult turning around inside of the underground parking.

The Pullman Stuttgart Fontana has an awesome location near the S and U bahn station making for really easy access to down town Stuttgart and the beautiful surrounding area. The hotel is in the process of being renovated but the rooms are comfortable and clean. You can walk into the small town which has some good dining options and shops. I would definitely stay again and recommend it if you want a stay close to but not in the main city of Stuttgart

I felt that ignoring defects in the facilities is not a typical Japanese sensibility, but overall the service was flawless.

Poor Internet Availability

Internet frequently goes out (I have had this happen on multiple trips). Look elsewhere if you need solid internet connections for work.

Nice hotell. Rooms was wery nice. Poor standard on pool but its ok for a night. Cleaning workers wake us up 8 in the morning. Poor service from the workers at the hotell.

How can the aircon of a supposedly 4 star hotel not worked properly? Luckily the staff brought a fan and opened the window. But it became noisy due to the trains…hotel was nice but terrible experience with the aircon!

Half Booking cancelled without any notice

We booked 2 hotel rooms under 1 booking. We were told that 1 of the room has been cancelled. It was late checkin and we had no other option to stay. They were full due to some event in Stuttgart. I shared the room with my colleague which was very uncomfortable for both of us. We were tired after a long flight and meetings then st reception it was almost an hour without any solutions. Breakfast was like a cafe , few seats, very limited food. Not happy at all.

The check-in at this hotel was unnessarily long and the hotel staff did seem too concerned about getting people checked in quickly. They offer parking but it is underground which would've destroyed my Thule roof box. The hotel is very pet friendly which was great but found it odd that they did not have in water bowls out for the many dogs that arrived and zero rubbish containers on the entire 1st floor. I booked this hotel to be away from congestion of the city but this is a major bus, tram and taxi....great for people needing access into Stuttgart but for us just created more obstacles for parking and getting on our way out to our next destination. Nice hotel but it's due for a renovation soon. Bathrooms were new and clean but overall experince was below expectations for a Pullman.
