It needs a complete renovation, as some of the utilities were a bit outdated. But in general terms, it's a good place for a couple of nights. Extremely clean, very well located and with a very affordable price.

There are only two shared shower places in each floor. No air conditioning and the rooms can get hot in the Summer. Clean but very low budget place.

We found Hotel Lamm quite easily with the navigation unit. The hotel information stated there was free parking, but actually the hotel doesn't have any parking. We we fortunate to find nearby free street parking. There's a Parkhaus about 200 meters from the hotel that requires payment. Initially I read the reservation requirements indicated that we should contact the hotel for check-in/access prior to arrival, but later re-read the notice that only after 2000 do you need to follow special instructions to obtain the keys from an outside automat device. The Hotels.com information stated they spoke four languages, one being English, but while the clerk assisting us I discovered that she understood English but spoke very little, but it really wasn't a problem. The Hotel Lamm is an older facility that had been renovated several years ago, but required some TLC. Very basic accommodations but adequate for our needs. Bathroom was basic, a bit small and required a step up. No soap or shampoo provided, but the towels were good. The breakfast buffet was small but offered everything a basic breakfast should. I believe the quantity was minimal due to the limited number of guests. The hotel is approximately 300 meters from the Mineralbaeder U-bahn station. The location was perfect for our needs, but next visit to Stuttgart we'll look for something with a little more comfort. The Hotel Lamm is good for singles or a couple for two or three nights.

Ich habe 5 Tage versucht, das Hotel telefonisch (zwischen 08.00 Uhr bis 17.00 Uhr zu erreichen. Leider ohne Erfolg. Auch wurde ich nicht zurückgerufen, obwohl ich mehrfach auf den AB gesprochen hatte. Bei Ankunft teilte man mir mit, "es hätte sich die Telefonnummer geändert und wurde im Internet nicht aktualisiert". Allerdings steht auf jedem Zettel und Visitenkarte die gleiche Nummer drauf. Möchte nicht zu spät zum einchecken kommen, da ich ansonsten ohne ZImmer da stehe, da keine Erreichbarkeit.

di positivo la posizione, per chi e' interessato alla festa della birra, perche situato a 4 minuti a piedi, i negativo l'assenza totale del personale, in orario di cheek.in dichiarato aperto, l'hotel era chiuso, siamo entrati solo dopo una telefonata ad un numero scritto sulla porta. Personale assente anche al cheek .out(chiavi lasciate in cestino davanti all' uscita). Camere piccole con tv non funzionante, ma pulite e prezzo interessante.

Terrible Experience, Never Again

The hotel never pick up the phone, try contact them to let them know I was arriving at night. once I got there at 11pm there is no person or desk to help, so outside the place is a box where you introduce a code and the machine will give you the keys. to obtain the code you need to call a number that is written in the machine. but no one picks the phone and your left outside in the rain late a night, and forced to pay a very expensive hotel in order to have a reception that can let you in at those hours. Terrible customer service, plus the place is far and complicated to find

Einfach, aber okay

Das einchecken hat eine Weile gedauert, da auf Klingeln zunächst niemand reagiert hat. Ansonsten war der Service aber in Ordnung, auch das Frühstück. Dem Preis angemessen ist es eben ein einfaches Haus, aber wenn man mit weniger Komfort auskommen kann, hat man im Vergleich zu anderen Hotelpreisen eine günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nicht allzu weit vom Hauptbahnhof.
